REFUND POLICY

GENERAL PRINCIPLE: FINAL SALE Due to the digital nature of the Service (AI-based image processing and video generation) and the immediate costs associated with computing power (GPU usage), all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the processing request has been initiated by the User.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
The Service provides digital content that is consumed immediately upon generation.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if the generated result does not meet your subjective aesthetic expectations or preferences.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS A refund may be considered strictly in the following exceptional cases:
Technical Failure: The Service failed to deliver the output video due to a technical error on our side (e.g., server crash, infinite loading loop).
Double Charge: You were charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a payment processing error.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES We do not grant refunds in the following situations:
You are dissatisfied with the artistic style or quality of the AI generation.
You uploaded a low-quality, blurry, or inappropriate source image that resulted in poor output.
You violated the Terms of Service (e.g., uploading prohibited content).
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the purchase date.

5. PROCESSING TIMELINE If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method (bank card) used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
